Authentic Moments, Timeless Memories ~
—
I believe the most meaningful photos aren’t the perfectly posed ones. They’re the quiet glances, the belly laughs, the moments you didn’t even know I was catching. Those are the ones that last.
I’m Courtney— a photographer, memory-keeper and lover of all things honest and a little undone. I started photography because I never wanted to forget the way a moment felt. The soft forehead kisses. The way a toddler wraps their fingers around yours. The in-between seconds that go by unnoticed… until they’re gone. I’m married to my best friend, and we’re rasing 2 beautiful girls who keep life messy and magical. I understand how fast it all moves and I’m here to slow it down, frame by frame.
My style is cinematic, nostalgic, and rooted in feeling. I don’t show up with shot lists or force stiff poses. I gently guide when needed, but I’m always watching for the real stuff. The breath-before-the-kiss kind of moments. I shoot with a blend of digital and film to preserve emotion in a way that feels timeless. It’s less about perfection and more about truth.
If you’re looking for someone to document your story honestly, not just how it looked, but how it felt - I’d be honored to be your photographer. Let’s create something real together! Inquire Now
The Experience I Believe In
I don’t believe in stiff poses, fake smiles, or rushing through moments just to check a box. I believe in the quiet pause before a kiss. The way your little one tucks their face into your neck. The laughter that spills out when you’re not thinking about the camera. That’s what I’m here to document. Not the version of you you think you’re supposed to show, but the one that’s already beautiful, already enough. My sessions are gentle, relaxed, and rooted in trust. I’ll give you guidance when needed and space when it’s not. My approach is documentary in heart, cinematic in style, and deeply grounded in how it felt, not just how it looked. Because years from now, I want you to look back at these photos and remember the way that season of life truly felt and not just how you looked during that time.
